Mark’s resin paintings are a manifestation of inner joy, expressed through various pigments, micas, dyes and paints infused into a resin base that creates unparalleled depth and beauty.

After carefully crafting his boards and preparing them for the resin, he mixes a variety of colors to create designs that emerge to evoke emotions of peace, joy and rest.  Mark’s deep faith in the God who created all things beautiful, is the foundation for his creativity.  The exploration of light, color and patterns found in nature inspires and guides Mark in his work.  He brings forth paintings that flow from his heart.

In the beginning God said “let there be light.”  Later God sent His son Jesus to be the light of the world.  Mark humbly seeks to have this light of great love and passion infused into the physical light that reveals the color and textures of his resin.
